Position: Bilingual Therapist
Reports to: Executive Director
The Center for Trauma & Resilience (CTR) is dedicated to offering culturally and linguistically responsive services and to fostering health promotion for people affected by crime and trauma.
Position Summary: CTR is seeking a dedicated full time Master’s Level Therapist to provide high-quality mental health therapy to individuals, families, and groups. The therapist will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based trauma-informed interventions. This position is ideal for someone who has demonstrated strengths in working with clients of all backgrounds and is committed to serving folks via a community center model.
Responsibilities:
● Ensure effective response to crisis and information calls to clients.
● Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions in accordance with best practices and supervisor feedback.
● Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
● Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions to support clients’ mental health needs.
● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, CTR staff and community partners.
● Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
● Advocate for clients confronting system level barriers and connect them to additional resources as needed.
● Ensure adherence to ethical and legal guidelines, including HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency, licensing, and DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) regulations.
● Assist in training and evaluation of interns as needed.
● Complete evaluation measures and reports on program activities.
● Actively participate in agency fundraising events twice a year.
● Any other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
● Licensed or license-eligible in CO (LMSW, LCSW, MSW, LSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, etc.).
● Experience working in a nonprofit or community mental health setting is preferred. ● Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practice.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ● Bilingual in Spanish/English or (other languages)

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
