The Center for Trauma & Resilience is a private, nonprofit agency. While we may work with the Denver Police Department and Denver District Attorney’s Office, we are not affiliated with them.

The Center for Trauma & Resilience offers services to individuals who live in Denver or have experienced crime or trauma in the Denver Metro area. To avoid duplicating services, we will work to provide referrals for additional support if other services are available outside our service area.

The Center for Trauma & Resilience services are available to persons above the age of 18 or children within the context of their family. Specialized services are available for elderly persons.

A police report is not required to receive services from our agency.

All our services are available to Spanish-speaking clients. In addition, we may contract with our in-house Translation & Interpreting Center to provide interpreters and/or translators for individuals who speak other languages.

The Center for Trauma & Resilience services are accessed through our helpline, available in English, Spanish and 711 for the hearing/speech-impaired, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Center for Trauma & Resilience offices are wheelchair accessible and our helpline has service for the hearing/speech-impaired through 711/Relay Colorado. Home-visit counseling sessions are available. All support groups, workshops and fundraisers are always held in a wheelchair-accessible facility, and interpreters are available upon request.
